It is natural that people follow the attributes of their peer groups and peers commit to crime. If they don’t want to commit crime then fellows encourage them to commit crimes for sake of money. If there is lack of punishment people feel powerful than laws of country and disorder is created. Laws are powerful in the society and if people are powerful they can become kings of country.
